Lucia Capital is a new corporate finance advisory firm.  We believe our firm offers a different service: based upon blue chip investment banking expertise coupled with real world industrial experience. 

Our goal is to provide a very high level of service to our clients.  Our clients are small and mid cap public and private companies operating generally in the healthcare sector in the UK or continental Europe or looking to acquire businesses here.  We will consider working with clients in other industries, where we can provide an equivalent level of service.

Our name comes from Santa Lucia - who is celebrated for “bringing light into the darkness” and our ethos follows this. We bring a new approach to corporate financing transactions, using the knowledge gained by running real companies and dealing with real issues in combination with the often complex theory of corporate finance.  Finally, during the financial turmoil affecting so many of our competitors, we believe Lucia Capital will be one of the successful firms to emerge into a new dawn.
